i. We currently provide delivery services within Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Times

i. Delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we make every effort to deliver on time, factors such as busy period, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Charges

i. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. These charges are based on the delivery location and the size of the order.

ii. Any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

i. We strive to provide you with the best quality flowers and gifts. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

ii. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

iii. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our criteria.

Iv. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, FloBerry Boutique cannot accept the return of flowers, once dispatched.
